Research on new materials and plasma electronics; Growth, physics and applications of film and nano-size structure made of thermoelectric material based on Calcium Cobaltate,solar cell material based on I-III-VI2, diluted magnetic semiconductor based on II-VI, gas sensor material based on SnO2 and transparent conductive material  (and fuel-cell membrane) based on tin-doped phosphate glass; Development of advanced microwave plasma source and its applications to large-area materials processing, industrial application of plasma process by plasma gun, sputtering plasma, and atmospheric plasma;Research on energy saving technologies for low carbon world; Cryogenics for high performance superconducting systems. New current lead using thermoelectric materials. Development of nano carbon devices for ultra low voltage including device architectures.
